Hi, I'm Zane! I'm a 25-year-old tech enthusiast from Columbus, OH, and I've discovered my true calling: making technology accessible and enjoyable for everyone, especially seniors.

When I'm not helping people navigate the digital world, you'll find me watching movies with friends, spending quality time with my wife, or being entertained by our two cats (who, despite their cuteness, offer zero technical assistance!).

What I love most about my work is the moment when everything clicks for someone. That smile when you successfully video call your grandchildren for the first time, or the confidence you gain when you can manage your email on your own - those moments are why I do what I do.
